With flat roofs, we highly recommend avoiding cheap installation methods and products. Though attractive at first, many of these systems fail well before the warranty is up which causes severe interior damage and major inconvenience and headache to the homeowner. Spending a bit more on a flat roof system will get you the peace of mind for your house’s future as the improved build quality in these materials offers much greater protection in later years.
Our flat roof products and materials are warrantied for 20 years on materials when using the 2-ply modified bitumen roofing system. We also offer our own 10 year warranty on labour.

About Flat Roofs
In contrast to the sloped form of a roof, a flat roof is horizontal or nearly horizontal. Materials that cover flat roofs should allow the water to run off freely from a very slight inclination.
Other flat roof options include building a pitch on the side roof. The pitch will help to prevent snow or freezing rain from buiding up on the roof so that your roof will last longer.
